Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy golf clubs directly from Founders Club?
Founders Club do not sell their products direct to the public but the full range can be bought from Europe's No.1 Multi-Channel retailer, Direct Golf UK. Please visit www.direct-golf.co.uk for details.

Where can I get my Founders Club product repaired?
Should you need to have repairs done on your Founders Club clubs we suggest you take it back to your original place of purchase. If they are unable to repair or adjust the golf club, they will send them back to Founders Club and we will either repair or adjust the club or replace it with a similar model. (Please see warranty for further details)

What is the warranty on Founders Club Products?
Founders Club warrants its golf club products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for two years from first sale. At Founders Club's option and as the purchaser's sole remedy, defective products covered by this limited warranty will either be repaired or replaced at no cost to the purchaser. Such defective products should be returned to the authorized Founders Club retailer from which it was purchased. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident or to products which have been repaired or modified other than by Founders Club.

Where can I buy Founders Club products online?
Founders Club products can be purchased online at www.direct-golf.co.uk using their secure, award winning website.

How should I clean my clubs?
To clean your clubs, we recommend using a mild detergent, a damp cloth, and a soft nylon brush. Spending 5-10 minutes cleaning your clubs after each round can keep your clubs looking like new. Iron headcovers help to protect your irons during a round of golf but we strongly recommend that these are removed when the irons are being stored to allow them to dry thoroughly.
